Gold Rush 5.0K and .50K Run/Walk Registration
All 5K runners and walkers and must register online or the day of the race. Pick up your runner’s packets 30 minutes before the race. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants that register by October 12.

Cougar Cub Care and Kids’ Activities
Child care for children ages 1-5 will be provided by professional staff and student education majors who serve as preschool employees. Every staff member has been cleared by a background check. Children ages 6-12 are invited to enjoy many fun and interactive stations with student education and children’s ministry majors. Our MVNU students are excited to welcome your child into a healthy and interactive play, learning, and entertainment space.
